Samuel Organ is an artist, producer, composer and classically trained musician based in the south coast of England, from where his work focuses on a blend between organic instruments and electronic music, regularly releasing projects under his own name, or as Peter Talisman with collaborator Gorse Panshawe. He explores British folk, classical and experimental music, with the natural world and adventure thematically at the core of all he makes.

Most recently Samuel released the ‘Portal’ EP and accompanying film, an exploration of stillness written and recorded in caves, bothies, forests and on mountains in the Scottish Highlands, via Silent Songs. He is also readying a new Peter Talisman album recorded in collaboration with the Residentie Orkest den Haag, and working on various composition and artist development projects.

As a producer, writer and musician, Samuel has worked and collaborated with artists such as Lowswimmer, Caroline Polachek, Shygirl, Danny L Harle, Sega Bodega, Babii, Iglooghost and others. He has created bespoke work for Gucci, Somerset House, David Shrigley, Charleston House, Wired.
