Jumo (Clément Leveau) is a producer, composer and visual artist from Angers, France. Self-taught, he has developed a distinctive universe where atmospheric electronic music meets visual and cinematic storytelling.
After releasing a series of EPs and singles (Aléa, Nomade, Ville), he unveiled his debut album Et le vent ? in 2021, featuring collaborations with Léonie Pernet, Pénélope Antena, Awir Léon and Hyacinthe. His music balances melancholy and intensity, blending ethereal textures with powerful rhythmic energy. This year, he has released his new album MEMORY.
Alongside his solo work, Jumo co-founded the Cela collective, exploring the relationship between sound and image. He also composes soundtracks for films and documentaries, as La Flamme Ukrainienne and Comme si j’étais morte.
Today, Jumo is moving toward a more club-driven sound, influenced by 90s techno and IDM, while preserving his emotional and cinematic approach to electronic music.
