Mercury-nominated for his era-defining 2008 album 'Untrue', Burial is a once in a generation talent whose influence on contemporary electronic music is undeniable. 

His collaborators include Thom Yorke, Four Tet, Zomby and The Bug. 

Despite rarely giving interviews or performing live, Burial has amassed a cult following and a reputation as one of the UK’s best loved underground artists.

His work also features heavily in the films of documentary maker Adam Curtis, who has said ”He’s got it, it’s the mood of our time that we’re waiting for. He’s way ahead of our time, an epic emotional artist”.

In 2024, Burial provided score for Andrea Arnold’s ‘Bird’ and Harmony Korine’s ‘Baby Invasion’. 

The Comafields / Imaginary Festival EP followed in August 2025 on Hyperdub, as the artist continues to expand on his murky, ghostly vision of club’s past, present and future.
